Timescales

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 3-5 working days in the UK Mainland. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Goods for European customers and outside of Europe are usually ready for shipping within 3-5 working days after receiving the order. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

 

Service

For European customers will be able to select "Customer to Collect / Arrange Collection" due to the complex nature of shipping in the EU, but you can expect to receive your order within 10 - 14 days of order placement.

Deliveries are made between 10:00-17:00, Monday to Friday. If these timescales are unsuitable, please contact customer service on Live Chat, call +44 (0) 161 387 7214 or email [email protected]. Alternatively, you can notify us of any special instructions when placing your order online.

Confirmation of despatch, complete with final invoice, will be emailed to your registered email address on the day of dispatch.

Delivery times are not binding and are subject to Bank Holidays.

Uk Mainland, UK Offshore Islands & Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and , European deliveries are handled by On Demand Warehousing.

Additional charges apply for Named Day, AM and Next Day services.

 

Accepting an Order

All orders are palletised, shrink wrapped and covered on top to ensure all goods are kept safe and secure during transit. Whilst every effort is made to deliver orders in immaculate condition, occasionally problems can occur in transit.

If there are any visible signs of damage to the exterior pallets or cartons, please contact customer service on Live Chat, call +44 (0) 161 387 7214 or email [email protected] immediately.

All goods are delivered on trucks; therefore you will need to ensure your desired delivery address has sufficient access for the driver to safely and legally stop to unload the delivery.

The driver is not responsible for decanting pallets, therefore you will need to use your own personal equipment where possible, to accept and take goods into your premises.

Deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.

 

Failed Deliveries

If our courier attempts delivery, and no one is present to accept, the goods will be returned and held at a local delivering depot where they will await our instruction. On this occasion, please contact customer service on Live Chat, call +44 (0) 161 387 7214 or email [email protected]

Please ensure you have provided accurate delivery details prior to the delivery of your order.
